Upon certification, you will be qualified to produce Trimix breathing gases.

To complete an IANTD Gas Blender qualification, you should have an identified need to blend gases (such as working in diver training or for a dive facility). Manufacturer issued service qualification are required to service items and place them into Oxygen Service. You must also already have (or be completing at the same time) an EANx Gas Blender qualification.

You will be provided with the IANTD Gas Blender Student Kit. Additionally, you may wish to bring along any blending equipment (such as partial pressure whips) and analysers you may already have.

The IANTD Trimix Gas Blender course is £160.00 per person.
This price includes the training and materials outlined above. Certification costs are also included (providing certification criteria are met).

The following are not included in the course fee: Dive Site costs (inc. entry, accommodation, food, travel etc.), Gas and Sofnolime (if appropriate).

The IANTD Gas Blender Course runs over a half day and contains theory and practical elements

Course sessions can be structured to run consecutively or split over a number of sessions.

Evaluation on the IANTD Gas Blender course is continuous. Throughout the training day you will be assessed on your skill, performance and attitude. You will also complete a multi-choice exam during the course.

With IANTD Training is purchased, Certification is earned, meaning that you must meet the certification requirements and standards before it is issued. Extra training days can be added if needed.
