Booking Process
Once you have decided on your chosen course, please get in touch to check availability, pricing and further details. We will send you out a booking form to complete, and then confirm your course after we have received the booking form.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise arranged, payment will be due at time of booking. If we have agreed additional terms with you, then payment will be due either 2 weeks before the start of the course or immediately prior to the course starting, whichever is sooner.
Cancellation Policy
The sooner you can let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule the better. We will always work with you to try and re-arrange courses but we do reserve the right to apply the following fees:

Between 2 – 4 weeks before start date | 50% of Course Fee |
Between 2 weeks and 3 days before start date | 90% of Course Fee |
Less than 3 days before start date | 100% of amount charged |
