The IANTD Closed Circuit Courses are designed to introduce and enhance the use of Closed Circuit Rebreathers (CCR) to further aid the exploration of the underwater world.
Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver (Air Diluent / MOD 1)
The IANTD Closed Circuit Rebreather course introduces the Student to the basics of CCR diving, from general rebreather functions to emergency skills. Emphasis is placed on time in water, where will complete up to 8 dives and over 500mins of in water time.
Closed Circuit Normoxic Trimix Rebreather Diver (MOD 2)
Taking you further into the advantages of CCR use, the Technical or Normoxic CCR course will allow you to demonstrate your skills developed since your MOD 1 course, while covering the more advanced use of CCRs as tools for exploration diving.
Closed Circuit Trimix Rebreather Diver (MOD 3)
The IANTD Trimix Closed Circuit Rebreather Diver course is designed to train divers in the safer use and technology of Rebreathers for deep diving to depths of up to 100m.
